can i stay in USA few more day...
my visa deathline is 5Nov...but i want to stay 4 more week...would that work... do i have to do something?

You have to extend your status.Unless you have a good reason, an extension of B1/B2 Travel visa is usually denied.

you must file the extenson for any day your visa expired.
if not. that will be problem for you to apply the visa next time. it will appear in your record.
