Window vista OEM version

just want to know for both Window Vista home premium/business/ultimate and Windows 7 home premium/professional/ultimate, what is the difference between OEM version and full version and retail version?

oem vista/win7 all function Same with retail. oem special provide for computer manufature, such dell, hp.Oem
