新加坡護照與香港身份一問

我現在20歲了,其實我可以同時擁有 新加坡護照 同埋 香港特區護照嗎 ?

Singapore Adult does not allow Dual Citizenship, when you apply Singapore Citizenship, they will check if you have renounced your previous citizenship. You will need to provide proof that you have renounced your pervious citizenship to claim Singapore Adult Citizenship. Singapore Child do allow to keep another citizenship until 21.

In your case, if you intent to keep on your Singapore Citizenship, you will need to go to HK and renounce your Chinese Citizenship, this is not automatic but rather you need to apply for it, if you fail to apply for renouncing HK Citizenship, you may not continue to be Singapore Citizens

Do bear in mind Singapore is very strict with dual citizenship, they will check everything to satisify their request, so you can only hold Singapore Passport or Chinese HKSAR Passport.

The only thing better with Singapore Passport is visa waiver program in the US. Also i would imagine Singapore Citizens will have better benefit than in HK.

Howver, since you are second generation Singapore Citizens. If you intent to keep your passport, you will need to do national service (Military Service) in singapore when you are over 21 and once you return to singapore.

Singapore can also meant Singaporean. It is exactly like How you say HK Adult. I see nothing wrong with that
