律師+牧師的證婚人

香港有好多人身兼律師及會計師. 但我從未聽過香港有身兼牧師及執業律師嘅婚姻監禮人. 兩者都係專業, 亦係要讀好多書, 用好多時間先可以做到. 而且直接 d 講, 牧師為理想獻身宗教, 收入唔多. 律師以其專業知識揾多多錢, 兩者背道而馳, 風牛馬不相及, 好少人會身兼兩職.

你只係需要牧師或律師事但一個做婚姻監禮人就可以.

there are many people in hk who are qualified both as an accountant and a solicitor (they are called "double barrels"), but i have never heard of a person qualifying as a pastor and a solicitor in hk. being a pastor in hk is a full time occupation, so is being a solicitor. both require a long time and a lot of hard work. a pastor dedicates his time to religion and earns peanuts. but a solicitor uses his professional knowledge to earn money, which in most cases could be a fairly large amount. the two paths / ideals are so different that i don't think there exists such a person in hk.
anyway, you only need either one as your civil celebrant. you don't need both.
