Denote Verb(pp) as the past participle form of a verb
I/we/they have (already/just) + Verb(pp) something.
He/she/it has (already/just) + Verb(pp) something.
For the above, the verb is used to describe something already completed.
e.g.
I have already submitted my assignment.
She has just run for 3 miles.
For passive voice, just add the word <been> in between have/has & Verb(pp)
e.g.
The course has just been cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
The building has already been demolished.
