Any ideas what may be wrong with me, with all these symptoms?

I'm 16 and I've been so far diagnosed with having scoliosis, TMJD, deviated septum (not caused by facial injury), flat foot, hammer toes, hypermobility of the joints, muscle weakness and most obviously, hyperextension of my fingers, where the tops of all my fingers are constantly bent backwards at an angle, but this doesn't hurt. I know all of these things can't be a coincidence. Any ideas on what may be wrong with me?
