有關澳洲WORKING HOLIDAY問題

You Do not need to apply CNCC(良民證) for WHV, CNCC is only for people who will stay in Australia Permenantly or People who will stay in Australia long enough to get Residence (3-5 years)

However, you will need to declare your criminal record. Usually underage record will not affect your chance to apply your visa. As underage record are sealed under HK law.Even if you apply CNCC, they will only show you have a record but will not chow what kind of record are there.
