是否所有動詞開首的句子都能加上ing?
還有，這個動詞加上了ing後，還有時態嗎，或只是一句noun phrase 而己？

Bringing up a child 是句中 subject，必須是 noun；故動詞 Bring 要變成 Gerund 才適合。
