Construction is a skill allowing you to make all sorts of things, including toys, furniture for houses, decorations, and other cool furnishings for your own Player Owned House. You are even able to train other skills in your Player Owned House, and there are a number of cool things you can do, like have parties or build a deathtrap for other player to try to complete for a prize.

Buying Your First House

To start off, you'll want to purchase some land from a Real Estate Agent for 1,000gp. There are a few places where you can find these characters, including:

This is pretty easy to do. While you're inside your house area, right-click on your portal and select the "Lock Portal" option. This will prevent anyone from entering your house. Later on, you can select the "Unlock Portal" option to allow people to access it again.

This is a cool feature of Player Owned Houses too. If you have your friends list set to "On," anyone can access your house. If you have it set to "Friends," only people on your list can enter your house. And if you have it set to "Off," no one can enter your house.

There are several Servants that you can get in RuneScape, each one providing a different service than the others. They all serve a type of food, they welcome guests into your house, and they will take items back and forth from the bank for you.

If you want to make your own house, you must be a member to do that.

首先，要準備1000gp

然後在一些地方尋找Estate Agent

-varrock

給了錢之後，就可以從rimmington得portal進去

一開始會有一個garden和客廳

如果想做其他房間，就進入building mode
在白色透明的門上right click，選build spot
不同的房間也需要不同的價錢和lvl requirement
如果想build家私，也是要進入building mode，rightclick白色的家私，選出你想做的家私（不同的家私需要不同材料和lvl requirement）

U need to make ur own house? than u should training in Construction.
NOTE:U must be a member first if u are not member

First:u need at least 100k. if u want to make the best house for u own. u'll need more than 1m.

Than:To start ur house u must go to an Estate agent and buy a plot of land for 1000 gp.
NOTE:Estate agents can be found east of Varrock Castle, west of the Museum in Varrock, northwest of the east bank in Falador, northeast of Seers' Village and southwest of the marketplace in Ardougne.

There are some items that are used the most while constructing. Here's a list of all of them: One hammer,One saw,planks(There has more plank that u can use:Oak,Teak,Mahogany.)and nails(any)
NOTE:Ur house shuld be in Rimmington if u havnt move ur house.

If u want to move ur house.Talk to Estate agent again.And he'll move ur house.

Once u get lv99.U can get Construction skill cape in Estate agent(any)for $99000.
