雖然too的確可以解"也" "都"
例如
I am happy. (我開心)
Me too. (我也是) (即係我同你一樣都係開心)

但我諗你問緊O既TOO同VERY O既分別係咁:
too的另一個解釋係"太過" "過份",通常用O係形容詞前面,
例如
You are too fat! (你太肥了!) (可以話語氣較重, 即係你太過肥, 肥到要減肥......)
至於要比較O既very,意思係"非常" "十分", 都係用O係形容詞前面
例如
You are very fat. (你好肥) (感覺上語氣無咁重)

留意語氣同你想表達個形容詞係點 (例如以上例子就係肥到咩程度)

too = 也一樣; very = 很
例子:
He is smart, and his younger brother is smart too. 他聰明,他弟弟也一樣聰明。
He is very smart. and his younger brother is very smart too. 他很聰明,他弟弟也一樣很聰明。
要注意,[very] 可以單獨用,但 [too] 要跟着同樣的事物。例如,不可以只說 [his brother is smart too],但可以只說 [his brother is very smart]。
