You are Philip Chan,the Chief Technician of IVE Company.Compose an e-mail message to notify all the staff of the following:

a) The Internet Service will be shut down from 9 to 11 am next Monday for
system upgrade.
b) All staff should log off from any online programs before that time.
c) Tell them when the service will be available again.
d) Remember to apologize for the inconvenience.
e) Offer to answer questions that they may have.

members to invite them to attend a career talk organized by Student Affair Office and tell them why they should not miss this event.You should also include such
details as participating companies,date,time,venue,free of charge and method of seat reservation.

Hello all,

The Internet Service will be shut down from 9 to 11am next Monday for system upgrade. All staffs should log off the system prior to that time. The Internet service will become available again in the afternoon. I apologize for any inconveniences caused. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions.
