This is a hard question! Guys don't have the "***" or boobs" that girls have that easily turns the guys on! Personally, I think & probably most girls would think that it would be how tone they are. Guys with nice, tone arms, or body (abs), that's always a turn on. Oh, & tattoos. Most girls like tattoos on guys. It's the bad guy" look. Not too much though. 3-5 at most. Depending on the size.
I also think a guy with nice eyes or lips. But, that wouldn't be enough to turn me on (make me horny). So, I'll definitely say the body! &
of course if they got a nice package...I'm sure that will turn any girl on!

For me, definitely the eyes and smile.
If a guy is always frowning, its a complete turn off.
Also EYE CONTACT.
Guys who are often confident have great eye contact I've noticed, and the ones who are self conscious or shy, lose eye contact.
