Annoy 後無需用 to。

Other classmates 應用眾數。

正確表達方式：

This student is annoying other classmates.

This student is very bad as he annoys other classmates

若想說「你 (曾經) 帶毒品返校並在校吸食」，正確表達方式是：You brought drugs to and took it at school.
