並非每一個上司的管理手法都係高明的, 能令下屬心服口服的.

We will see a completely different outcome when comparing these two styles of management.

Not every boss has a skillful managerial skill which completely convinces their subordinates. When the boss issues a command, he will use the “high tension” measure which pinpoints “Punishment will be applied for those who breaks the regulations.” On the other hand, some other smarter bosses will use a more smooth method to express the entire matter clearly. He will demand the subordinates to develop the group spirit. The effects would be a totally different story definitely.

Not every boss management practices were brilliant, to make their subordinates convincing.


Contrary, boss directions, you just got to take heavy-handed, specified "offenders".


On one side and a line of cars, a consummate boss will round out larger expression, and a clear account of the whole story, ask you team spirit.
