If this is a room, there must be a door, right?

Can you make a ceiling window on top of your door? Or a shutter window at the bottom of your door.

This is the only way since you said there is no window and you cannot put a ventilation fan.

ventilation fan is 抽氣扇. I mean work around your door.

有些門有百頁的設計,目的也是使房間能通風.
