如何管理學歷及智商低的員工?

1.It’s a very challenging subject and I do not think I can cover it all here. There should be a virtual dialogue to discuss it with a panel of experts. Just want to share a few points to get our brains working. Communication is always a key. The manner on how to communicate with them is very important. Respect of human dignity should not be ignored. Treat them with a kind heart. Set reasonable expectations and follow through, etc…etc.
2.If they do, it’s due to their ignorance of focusing on age rather than what older people can offer. I believe it could also be breaking the labor regulations on discrimination against age.
