Dear Sir/Madam,

Please accept this letter as notification of a unnoteworthy rent adjustment, effective December 1, for the estate at 167 Foking Road, Kowloon Tong. The adjustment is only a result of rental index changes over the last twelve months.

Fortunately, our other investments will enable us to keep rent increases at a minimum, today and in the future. We anticipate no additional rent adjustments for the next full year and hope you enjoy as being our tenant as ever.
