I can share your phobia when a wasp flies into my house, I had a bee flew into my ear once, probably thinking there must be wax or honey there, but I'm 100% (or close) male, so I just stayed calm and it flew away. Cockroaches? I was in a pest-control job, just stay calm and stamp it with a slipper (or something that flaps or a tissue), it'll be OK. If you don't kill it, it's descendants will multiply into many many... . Just keep the number of roaches under control, I think we'll be OK...

Let me just say that there is nothing wrong with you because you're afraid of cockroaches. Everyone has a fear but they all come in different forms.

I suggest you go to ezinearticles.com and search 'fear of cockroaches'.

I hope I was helpful.
