The general term, Tn+1 = 9Cn (2x)9-n(-3/x2)n= 9Cn (2)9-n(-3)n x9-n-2n
= 9Cn (2)9-n(-3)n x9-3n
For the term without the term x or its higher power,
9 - 3n = 0
n = 3
Therefore, the required term = 9C3 (2)9-3(-3)3
= -145 152
