The Yankees, who don't have the best record in the AL but also in the Majors, will be facing the team with the lowest wins this season. That team is either the Twins or Tigers. Thus, Yankees will be facing Twins/Tigers.

That leaves only two teams, the Angels and the Red Sox. Therefore, the Angels be facing Red Sox in the ALDS.
