math probability independent?

Suppose P(A)= 0.2 P(B)= 0.6 and P(not A n not B) = 0.22.
Are event A and event B independent?

P(A) = 0.2

P(not A) = 1 - P(A) = 0.8

P(B) = 0.6

P(not B) = 1 - P(B) = 0.4

P(not A n not B) = 0.22

But P(not A) X P(not B) = 0.8 X 0.4 = 0.32 =/= 0.22

So, A and B are not independent.
