If a guy flirts with you around everyone (even this friends) but not in front of his best friend what does that mean??.... oh ya and.... i have noticed that his best friend stares at me a lot (btw his best friend is a guy and were 13yrs old.... but his friend is 14)

It might mean that his best friends likes you too and he doesn't want to upset him. Or, maybe he's embarrassed in front of his best friend.

this boy and his bestfriend both like you. he knows his bestfriend also likes you so whenever his bestfriend is also around, he has to act aloof. but when his bestfriend is not around, he tries to win your heart by flirting with you.
