I know its a bad question , but some guys whenever they say hi half are "hey" and some are "hi"
does it mean anything? :/

no that just depends on the person. I say YO cuz I think it's a funny way to greet a girl. I know most of my friends say wassup, whats up or hey or hi and they don't mean anything different, just a normal hi or hey. Now if they say OH...HEY then they're assholes lol.
