which is better; love or lust?

Better? You are so confused.

depends on your definition of love..

cause really theres a very small difference thats only visible through different circumstances and situations...

but basically they are both the increase of endorphins in your system brought on by increased level of dopamine, phenylethylamine & ocytocine.... so it's all the same thing untill you start to overthink, and consciously tell yourself you're in love; and thats simple infatuation untill the levels of phenylethylamine are mutual!... then you have sex, creating more oxytocine and then we have what's called "love"
