How do I make a move on her?

Ok, so we have been going out for three weeks. We sit next to each other, hug each other, hold hands, but she is to shy to kiss me. I know she wants it, but can someone help me, or give me advice on making a move on her. Thanks

dont rush her, but be a leader and show some initiative, and when you finally do kiss her, put some passion into it. i've found that girls love it when a dude kisses her like she's the only girl in the world that matters to them.
