How do you talk to a guy you have no classes with?

So, I think I like this guy and I want to get to know him. I don't know his name or anything. I have NO classes with him but I see him in the hallway once a day. How do I talk to him?

"Accidentally" bump into him and drop your books. Find out what extracurricular activities he's in. If you know any of your friends, talk to them.

I have no clue. It's tough since u dont have class with him
When I am around girls, I could talk to them. if they flirt with me in front of me which it didn't happen. I will be shy. I dont know, grown up 20yrs old still I have shyness. I dont know why. Lol
