how do you talk to a girl that knows your name but you are extremely shy? help me please!?

im shy too, for me

when i talk to girls that im not interested in, i can carry on a conversation pretty good
and when i talk to a girl that im interested in, i get nervous and can't talk at all

so i guess just think of the girl as a normal friend lol
