Dear Mrs THOMPSON
I am writing to complain about the installation service provided by your
company.
I had bought a new air conditioner from your company on last Friday. According to the
agreement of purchase, installation service should be provided. I called to request that your
technician installed the air conditioner for me. He promised to come on the same day before
6pm. However, we had been waiting for him until 9pm and he did not showed up. In about
9.30pm, I received his call and he told me that he could not come because of he did not have
enough time that day. He suggested that another time be arranged for the installation. I agreed.
Unfortunately the same situation happened again. He did not come to me for the installation at the
second time. I had been waiting for him for more than a couple of hour again before receiving
his call. He said he could not arrange another time for the installation but asked me to wait. I felt
very disappointing about this matter.
I have waiting for him for a week yet he has not contacted me. I wonder how long am I
have to wait more.
