Not at all.
Consider yourself lucky--I wish I had the discipline to have waited till I was older. For all of those points. Boyfriends just cause heartache at young ages, dating can be fun but leads back to point one, and kissing is just something that'll come with experience so it really doesn't matter when you start.
I'm turning 15, got my first kiss/date this year and really I wish I hadn't. The guy didn't care at all about me, he was just some guy wanting more than I'd give him. It seems like most teenage guys are like that, so don't sweat it.
It'll just make your first boyfriend/date/kiss even more meaningful because you won't have been a child when you had the experiences. :]
