are some of these signs of a potential stalker bf?

well i think he likes me because hes always looking at me(Im a sophomore..) he stares at me a lot. when he thinks im not looking he would be "rubber necking"to see were i am, or whom im talking to..(Hes a cool freshman..i guess) when were at lunch he would be sitting in distance from me and my group and hed just be starring..and i turned around once..and he got really flustered.. then he got up and left.. he ALWAYS looks at the guys i talk to.. he got the same gym shoes as me,and the same backpack..(its a common one..but he didn't have it at first..) umm hes always trying to get my attention and when i walk by or something...starts to "Jerk" or w.e dance that is..(hes white..not that it matters..) if i go out with this guy.,what would happen? is he controlling?is he jealous type? what if i went out with another guy,how would that make he react to me?
