Unearned client income means income not earned in this accounting period. So, it is regarded as a Unearned Income and as shown under the Current Liabilities of the Blaance Sheet.Unexpired Insurance and Prepaid Rent are expenses not for this accounting period. So, it is not regarded as a current expense but as a prepayment under the Current Assets of the Balance Sheet.
