REPORT:
Heart size appears mildly enlarged,CTR=14/26.5. Well-defined cardiac outline is seen. No abnormal mediastinal shadow is seen. Trachea is central.
Mild left apical pleural thickening without bony erosion is likely due to previous insult. No suspicious pulmonary nodule, collapse or consolidation seen in bilateral lung fields. Well-defined oval opacity projecting over right lower zone is likely due to nipple shadow. No sizeable hilar mass or effusiion is seen. No pneumothorax is seen. No abnormal free gas is noted under diaphragm.
No significant rib lesion is seen.
