But she is kind of strange... She might sit next to me sometimes. She only waves at me. And when she sees me in the hallway, she looks at me for a while but doesn't say anything.

maybe she likes you, or maybe she just see's how you are and is inspired, knowing she is weird, and wants to be more like you.

What kind of real detail have you given us to have an opinion? Thus far all I can say is she sounds friendly. Nothing more nothing less. Honestly,.. if one wants to ask a question at least they can do is put some thought into it.
