- we sit together in class, but choose her friends over me
- she will call my name happily when she sees me
- she randomly pokes me and squeezes my arm without saying anything
- talks to me just as much as any other guy
- won't always say hello to me
- smiles alot
- on the odd occasion when asked on the subject, she jokingly says she is taken by me
- talks to me about random shite

dont pay too much attention to her :)
and she'll want you more if she does now

This is a gal who is treating you as it seems your relationship calls for.There is nothing in your story that suggests that you guys are anything more than classmates,schoolmates,or at the most,platonic friends.Until and unless she indicates different in words and actions,you are just one of her many friends.
