✔ 最佳答案
2/(10 + n) = 1
10 + n = 2
n = - 8

Answer: n = - 8

Proof:
2/(10 + [- 8]) = 1
2/(10 - 8) = 1
2/2 = 1
1 = 1

2 / 10 + n = 1
1/5 + n = 1
n = - 1/5 + 5/5
n = 4/5.

2/(10 + n) = 1
2 = 1(10 + n)
2 = 10 + n
n = 2 - 10
n = -8

Can but ASSUME that you mean :-

2 / ( 10 + n ) = 1

2 = 10 + n

n = - 8

2/ (10 + n ) = 1
2 = 1 (10 + n) [Multiply both sides by 10 + n. The 10 + n on the left hand side would then cancel out and be 'moved' to the right hand side.]
2 = 10 + n
n = 2 - 10 [Subtract 10 from both sides. The 10 from the right hand side would then be 'moved' to the left hand side, to leave you with n = ...]
n = -8

The answer to you question is - 8.

subtract 2/10 which is 8/10 or 4/5
2009-09-22 3:13 pm
2/(10+n) = 1 => 2 = 10 + n => n = -8.
2009-09-22 3:13 pm
2 / (10 + n) = 1
2 = 10 + n
n = 2 - 10
n = -8

Hope this helps

2/10 - 1=n
therefore n = -8/10
2009-09-22 3:12 pm
multiply both sides by (10 + n), so you have 2 = 10 + n
move the 10 to the other side, so n=-8
