向電腦高手求救!!!printer print唔到野!

如題..
print今日先岩岩買番來
但係我係word道1按列印
佢就叫我另存新檔.之後就入左個mid文件道
但都print唔到野= =
咁我應該點算?
試左好多次都係咁..
希望有好多人會比個detail既解答我喇!
ps:我係用緊window xp.

唔該晒咁多位既解答等我補充番少少資料. 我用緊果部printer係hp 而當我係word想print野既時候我只係可以揀個printer叫做"microoft office document image writer" 但我係已經install左個printer. -補充完畢.thanks a lot!!-

A.你係唔係簡錯左printer ?
如果你個部係Suny HC 9413 (例子)
就要選擇用Suny HC 9413 列印
簡錯就用左第2部/變左save文件

B.你有無裝影印機Driver?(如果有)

C.有無開機/插制/放墨/放紙?

你係咪click左print to file這function呀,佢只會幫你save做print file的.

right click printer in Printers and Faxs -> properties -> Port -> Pls check the print port is click-on the 'print to file', if yes, pls change it to USB/LPT or standard TCP/IP port(if it is network printer).
