at this (very) moment. Why very?
the (very) in this sentse is used to emphasize (the moment), if in chinese, at this moment = 係呢一刻, but at this very moment = 正正係呢一刻.

the very (next) day. Why very?
same as above, is used to emphasize (day).

depends on different situations, can be你係咪講真架? or 你有冇呃我? or 你係咪講哂出黎,冇隱瞞?
