let the ten digit be x ,the unit digit be yx+1=2y--------------1
x-y=4----------------2
from2
x=y+4---------------3
sub 3 into 1
y+4+1=2y
y=5
sub y=5 into 2
x-5=4
x=9
so the number is 95
