starch is composed of alpha-glucose, while that of fat is composed of glycerol and fatty acid.Starch is a polymer in form of a spiral stair, while that of fat is appeared as straight chain
Starch contains only one long chain of mloecules, while fat consist of three fatty acid chain linked with a glycerol
