Proper use of Chinese了-structure in this sentence.?

She hadn't told me she couldn't drink(alcohol).

Would this be a 了-type 没 or a 不-type negation?

Ex: Ta mei gaosu wo ta bu hui he jiu or Ta bu gaosu wo ta bu hui he jiu.

(I'm sorry, I would write this in characters but my computer can't handle it)

I like your first choice: 她沒告訴我她不會喝酒.

You have 2 negatives in your sentence.
The one in "hadn't told" is 了-type.
The one in "couldn't drink" is 不-type.

Your 1st translation says: She didn't tell me... (so I didn't know).
Your 2nd translation says: She doesn't tell me... (and she did that on purpose).
