WHo should make the first kiss?? On the first date or later dates?

The date is over. If you really like the person you spent time with, so do you make the move or do you wait for him or her?? THEN, how would you kiss them?? French, little toungue, little peck on cheek, no tongue, etc... ALSO, what little hints or actual sayings would you tell him or her to let them know that you like them or want a kiss before the night is over?? Do you wait or not??

id say the guy, seems more manly LOL but i dont think it really mattersfirst kiss shouldn't give away too much lol
if you want to tease him a little, a peck on the cheek or lips, make him want more for next time ;)
idk any hints O.o, i gueess u will know when the moment comes
