The voluntaryschool-based drug testing scheme is just a waste of time. It gives rise to the phenomenon of many students asking for news and comments on such a policy issue, especially in Yahoo knowledge Plus. This causes a great waste of the internet resources.

From the above phenomenon,we can conclude that many students have no ideas of the voluntary school-based drug testing scheme. That's why they need to ask for help in the internet for the sake of doing their homework.
