Remember that when you multiply or divide both sides of an inequality by a negative number, you have to change the direction of the inequality sign. So first, dividing both sides by -1 gives you
6b-2 < 0

From here, just add 2 to both sides, then divide both sides by 6

- 6 b + 2 > 0

2 > 6b

b < 2/6

b < 1/3

-(6b - 2) > 0
6b - 2 < 0/(-1)
6b < 2
b < 2/6
b < 1/3

-(6b - 2) > 0 (distribute)
-6b + 2 > 0 (subtract 2 from both sides)
-6b > -2 (divide both sides by -6 and flip the inequality sign)
b < 1/3 <===ANSWER
