Does this dream mean that I blew it with this girl or was it a warning?

About a year ago I started half dating this girl that really really liked me. But then one day she said that evil L word and I started to freak out. Then I started to nit pick her apart. I was thinking how she had some extra meat on her love handles and wondered if I liked that or not. Then I was thinking that her laugh was kinda annoying. Then I was nervous how our families would take to each other since shes black and Im Italian. I also kept telling myself that I wasnt ready for such a serious relationship. So one day at work I find out that I had to go to Seattle for a month. She told me to keep in touch and let her know when I was back in town. So I told her I would. But the plane ride there I was still freaking out and so I never kept in contact.

When I got back I never went to see her or call her. Then about 4 months ago I had to go to Boston for work. Im getting ready to come home now. But last night I had this dream. I dreamt that I had like 3 or 4 horrible relationships and I never got along with any girl as well as I got along with her. So I looked her up and went to go see her and found that she was engaged and pregnant. We saw each other and just smiled and she asked me how I was doing and all the small talk and crap. I was really hoping that the guy would be a tool and maybe she would come back to my arms. But then they guy turned out to be a nice guy. Then they drove off and left me standing at the curb.

So my question is was this dream a warning? Or was it telling me how much of a dumb a@@ I am and that I have lost her for ever?
