Are you finding the maximum possible error of the area of the rectangle?

As area, A = bl

│@A/A│ = │@b/b│+│@l/l│

= │0.01/1.83│+│0.01/3.75│

= 0.004

So, the maximum possible error is 0.004 X 100% = 0.4%

Normal way is:

dA/A = Sqrt[ (dl/l)^2 + (db/b)^2 ]

Coz it is 2-dimensional, use absolute value will often result larger error.
