He felt funny all day yesterday.
The word 'funny' in this sentence is not modify the verb. It just tell people "He felt something", in here "He felt funny"

She talks funny.
The 'funny' in this sentence could be a noun. I found in the dictionary that there is no adverb format is being used. So "She talks funny things or in funny style".

Drive friendly.
'friendly' in here is an adverb which modify the verb 'drive', because 'friendly' can be and adjective or adverb.
