How to open .rar file?

A .rar file is a compressed file. To decompress it download a program like 7zip. 7zip is free and lightweight. Itll take about 30secs from start to finish. Once downloaded right click the .rar file and select 7zip->extract files.

download winrar and right click your file it should say win rar

You need to download either WinRar or WinZip. Both handle .RAR compressed archive files.

After download and installed it,
double click on the file (vistatcp.rar),
and click extract.
