本人於 Trading 工作, 現需向Vendor 發出一份有關十月一日國慶假期前需預備之相關e-mail(英文), 內容大致如下 :
Dear xxxx,
十月一日國慶將致, 請貴司作好一切準備(如 : 按時完成生產, 報關手續, 船務文件 ..... ), 以免有任何延誤.
註 : 必須於裝貨後 8小時內e-mail 有關之船務文件如本人 (如 : 發票, 包裝單, ..... 等)

Dear xxxx,As the "Nation Day" will be coming soon, please make sure you have well prepared everything (such as production finsih on time, customs declaration procedure, shipping documents etc) in order to avoid any unnecessary delay.
PS : You are requested to email me all relevant shipping documents (invoice, packing list etc) within 8 hours after cargo loading.

Please reconfirm that all shipments can be ship on time
even it's in between the "Golden week" of National Day in China 10/1. Please aware the China government may not able to issue the document due to the National Holiday. Please make sure the plan of shipment without delay.
PS. please prepare and send me the shipping documents such as invoice and packing list by e-mail within 8 hours after shipment.
