How to calculate Euros with the rate 1.52?

I know when the rate is 1.61, I can buy $650Euros fir $1050 US. What about the rate 1.52?

1 Euro = 1.52 US Dollars. Therefore, take the number of Euros and multiply it by the rate.650 Euros x 1.61 = $1,046.50
650 Euros x 1.52 = $988
