Whatever your reason to 改日文名, before you do so, I suggest you check to see if a forename (given name) is also shared in the Japanese language.
Truth is, many forenames are compatible with both Chinese and Japanese.
As it turns out, 晴萌 is a valid Japanese female forename, pronounced "Harumo." See here:

I have cross-checked with a certain off-line name database and has come up with the same result.
If however you prefer something else, consider taking the very last character of the forename and check for all possibilities. In this case, you'll end up with "Moe."
Unfortunately this is the best and most systemic approach that I can recommend, and for this reason, I cannot include the last two criteria (ie. 英文名/喜歡雪與花) for consideration. Hope that helps.
